Attorney Katy Boyle represents clients in guardianship and conservatorship cases, including emergency cases and cases in which someone is challenging the guardianship. She has experience in all phases of guardianship and conservatorship cases, including trials.
Boyle Law was founded on a simple mission: to provide compassionate legal representation to individuals who need help navigating the court system.
The process of filing for a guardianship or challenging a guardianship can be confusing. Katy takes the time to carefully explain the law so that each of her clients understands what to expect during the process.
I love working with individuals to help them take care of the vulnerable adults in their lives. Guardianships and conservatorships protect people who might be vulnerable to elder abuse, including maltreatment and financial abuse.
I have a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science, and I worked as a law librarian before founding Boyle Law. As a librarian, I was able to provide free legal resources to the public.
I have a strong desire to provide affordable access to the legal system for all my clients. I offer flexible payment options, and some cases can be paid on a flat-fee basis.
In my free time I enjoy doing arts and crafts with my nieces and nephews, sampling my parents' cooking, watching classic movies with my husband, and gardening with native wildflowers.
Katy can meet with clients over the phone, or on Zoom videoconference. Meetings are by appointment only.
